A central hot / cold air conditioner from Mitsubishi allows for quiet and individual air conditioning in all rooms all year round. In addition, in the living rooms and throughout the upper floor, the thermal plates manufactured by Swisstherm are integrated into the ceilings, which can also be operated individually via the photovoltaic system. A very large photovoltaic system with 72 plates, divided into two fields with 36 plates each, provides the house with sufficient electricity and ensures the operation of the many pumps in the construction services and the swimming pool. Gesa Strom is already on the property and can connect if needed.

A separate well, with a depth of 236 meters, with new pipes and a new deep well pump, installed in 2017, promotes any amount of water at any time, which is stored in three large cisterns.

The pool house by the extension of a very old little house and the preservation of the beautiful exterior walls is a pool house of 60 square meters created, created in a very high quality construction, which guarantees a habitability throughout the year .
