Here we plan and build on our own plot and project the project with all necessary permissions. The plot offers a wonderful view over the island to Manacor, Son Macia, Felanitx and its Hermitage, to the mountain Bonany as well as the church of Vilafranca. It is in an absolutely quiet and urban location, but is very easily accessible via asphalted roads. The only slight slope to the south allows a problem-free construction.
