Description

This house offers a lot of space with an ideal layout and due to its location in one of the quieter residential areas of Cales de Mallorca, it is the perfect domicile all year round. Due to the air conditioning and the newly installed pellet stove, the house can also be heated and thus fully used in the cooler seasons.

A large gate forms the entrance to the property via a large driveway that can accommodate several vehicles.

In front of the house is a garden area in typical Mallorcan style with light-coloured gravel and many plants, which border both the wooden terrace area and the prepared natural stone platform for an already existing above-ground pool. To the side of the house is a brick BBQ.

The fitted kitchen offers an exit to an open utility area (for machine, therm and dryer).
Adjacent to the kitchen is also a storage room, which is located under the staircase to the upper floor.

Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a bathroom with bathtub as well as two bedrooms - one with a large built-in wardrobe, the other with a smaller built-in wardrobe. This is ideal as a children's or guest room, study or even dressing room.

The bright upper floor has an open gallery. Here, too, you can set up a workplace or a cosy reading corner. A window onto the terrace behind for satellite and air conditioning provides plenty of light, which then also reaches the living and dining area below.

The village has a variety of entertainment options with several bars and restaurants as well as shopping facilities.
